Today for breakfast I had a bowl of bran flakes.
Lunch was a 12" chicken breast sub from subway.
Dinner was a baked pasta dish, spaghetti pizza, salad, and broccoli. I also had a few lemon bars I made to take to a party that fell through. I need to get rid of those before I eat them all.
I didn't get any exercise today. I need to try harder to do something everyday.
