Exercise 10/3/2007

Today I rode the elliptical for 30 minutes, did 15 pushups, 10 situps, and 10 crunches.

Food for 10/3/2007

I am just listing everything because I am in a hurry.

Frittaja sandwich
Apple
Fried chicken breast
Potato wedges
Two donughts
Cheerios
Dreamsicle
Green beans
french bread slice
cheese ravioli with turkey sausage and marinara sauce


I wasn't too good today.

Exercise 10/2/2007

For exercise I rode the bike for 30 minutes mostly on resistance level 4 I bumped it up to 5 and 6 a little.

Food 10/2/2007

Breakfast - I made a frittata using egg beaters, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, and ham. I had a piece of it on a light wheat bun and an apple.

Lunch - Turkey sandwich and some brown rice with veggies.

Dinner - Chicken stroganoff made with fat free sour cream and a salad.

I also had cheerios for a bedtime snack.

Exercise 10/01/2007

Today for exercise I walked 2 miles.

Food for 10/01/2007

Today for breakfast I had a turkey sandwich and some grapes. I didn't eat anything else until the end of the day and had a kashi bar. For dinner I had catfish, rice, and a salad. Then for a snack I had cheerios.
