Food 10/2/2007

Breakfast - I made a frittata using egg beaters, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, and ham. I had a piece of it on a light wheat bun and an apple.

Lunch - Turkey sandwich and some brown rice with veggies.

Dinner - Chicken stroganoff made with fat free sour cream and a salad.

I also had cheerios for a bedtime snack.
